Connect with others.

Social connection is as important to our health as a good as eating good food, sleep ins and the sauna. Feeling connected to others can enable us to show up to our lives and do the things we want with ease. It can significantly improve our mood. You're invite to join our connection-focused sessions.

We offer these sessions for connection ...

Share, Listen,
Be.

You're welcome to arrive however you are feeling.

You don't need to bring anything other than yourselves. We have cushions to sit on and tea to drink.

Stretch for Breakfast.

Thursday 7.30am
Leisurely stretching to help create space in your body in a casual and relaxed setting, topped off with the option to stay for a refreshing breakfast, tea and fresh coffee.

Jump (or wallow, whatever works) over the hump with a rejuvenating and relaxing session of gentle stretching in which you can follow our lead or go your own way. Either way, there’ll be kai and friendly faces to set you up for the rest of the day.
