Monday 7.30am

Start it off on the right foot with our guided intention setting meditation - this session focuses on creating space in the mind and looking toward what the week ahead could be.

Ease into the week with an open mind and feeling ready for all of the possibilities it might hold - a relaxing start to your Monday setting the foundations for your week and bringing a newfound love for the most infamous of days!

We have everything you need here set up so you can just arrive and meditate. Heating, tea, cushions and bolsters to sit on if you wish.

Active Mindfulness

Monday 7.00pm

The mindfulness session for those of us who can’t quite sit still long enough to convince ourselves that we can do it. Enjoy the present moment while doing something with your hands! 

We have simple activities that are super easy to engage with to focus your mind and awaken your senses as we delve into the now together - calming thoughts, centering ourselves and building clarity.

You don't need to bring any extra clothing to participate, the sessions are designed so you can wear whatever!  

Grounding Meditation

Thursday 12.45pm

A guided grounding meditation that invites you to connect with yourself alongside others and encourages you to plant your feet on the ground within.


Developing a strong core happens at both physical and wellbeing gyms - bring yours along to find and develop its foundations, explore your strong roots and allow space to grow gently.
