Mondays


Start it off on the right foot with our guided intention setting meditation - this session focuses on creating space in the mind and looking toward what the week ahead could be.

Ease into the week with an open mind and feeling ready for all of the possibilities it might hold - a relaxing start to your Monday setting the foundations for your week and bringing a newfound love for the most infamous of days!

We have everything you need here set up so you can just arrive and meditate. Heating, tea, cushions and bolsters to sit on if you wish.

Active Mindfulness


The mindfulness session for those of us who can’t quite sit still long enough to convince ourselves that we can do it. Enjoy the present moment while doing something with your hands! 

We have simple activities that are super easy to engage with to focus your mind and awaken your senses as we delve into the now together - calming thoughts, centering ourselves and building clarity.

What you need for this session.
You're welcome to arrive however you are!

You don't need to bring any extra clothing to participate, the sessions are designed so you can wear whatever!  

Grounding Meditation


A guided grounding meditation that invites you to connect with yourself alongside others and encourages you to plant your feet on the ground within.

Developing a strong core happens at both physical and wellbeing gyms - bring yours along to find and develop its foundations, explore your strong roots and allow space to grow gently.

Release your mind.

Expression is not just funny dance moves and making silly jokes, expression is connecting with how we are and just letting that be. When we express ourselves in a supportive environment it can significantly improve our wellbeing. You're invited to give one of our expression-focused sessions a go.

Yoga
Flow

This is a luscious hour of peeling away the day and exploring your body and mind, offering an opportunity for all bodies and abilities to be expressive! 

A session focused on what you need for yourself, without needing to achieve anything external, this yoga is a chance to connect with your body and mind in ways that work for you.

What you need for this session.
You're welcome to arrive however you are!

We have yoga mats, blocks and bolsters. We suggest bringing clothes that allow you to move. There is a shower onsite if you do wish to refresh before going back to your day.

Moves and
Grooves

Let the day go with this sassy street-dance inspired session which encourages you to connect with your body and find your own moves and grooves!

Tunes, some basic guided moves done your way, and the chance to move your mood in a supportive and energising anything-goes environment with others who care for and share your vibe!

We have everything you need here set up ready to go. You don't have to wear moveable clothing, the session is design so you can participate in whatever you are wearing.

Restorative Yoga

A delicious hour of passive rest. We invite you, your body and your mind to relax and let the day melt away.

This class incorporates gentle yin yoga stretches and restorative poses to encourage your physical body to relax. This can have a ripple effect, calming your breath and heart rate and promoting a sense of calm for the body and mind.

We have yoga mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets to use during the session. We suggest bringing clothes that are comfortable and warm.

Reflect for mind clarity.

Reflection and introspection is the act of taking some time to pay attention to your own internal experience.  To check in with our  thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and desires and connecting them with our day to day experiences. The Well's reflection-based session help to guide us through our experiences, to re-write, to re-frame, to bring a new perspective. It's good for you!

Reflective
Writing

Pen provocations to get your mind flowing onto the paper - we provide a cosy space and a caring facilitator to host you in prompted reflection, just for you, without any requirement to share.

A treasured chance to sit still for a supported personal reflective practice at your own pace, with no writing experience necessary, and all equipment provided!

What you need for this session.
You're welcome to arrive however you are!

We have everything you need here for this session... paper, notepads and notebooks for you to write on. We also have pens and pencils. You are welcome to bring your own journal if you prefer.

Connect with others.

Social connection is as important to our health as a good as eating good food, sleep ins and the sauna. Feeling connected to others can enable us to show up to our lives and do the things we want with ease. It can significantly improve our mood. You're invite to join our connection-focused sessions.

Share, Listen,
Be.

An intentional space to articulate our everyday emotions and experiences. This hosted circle focuses on connecting through discussion, listening to each other's insights and exploring personal wellbeing tools.

What you need for this session.
You're welcome to arrive however you are feeling.

You don't need to bring anything other than yourselves. We have cushions to sit on and tea to drink.

Stretch for Breakfast.

This early morning session enables you to carve out space for leisurely stretching and help create space in your body. It's casual, relaxed and effective - topped off with the option to stay for a refreshing breakfast, tea and fresh coffee.

What you need for this session.
You're welcome to arrive however you are! Yawns are welcome.

We have yoga mats, blocks and bolsters to help with stretching if you need. Exercise gear isn't necessary to participate in this session, though you are welcome to change into more comfortable clothing.

Breakfast is provided. We have g.f options, alternative milks and of course, fresh coffee. Bring a keep cup, if you want to take some with you.

Play
Olympics.

An opportunity to gain the proven benefits of the play state of mind by engaging in playful, uplifting connection as a group through movement, games and theatre inspired techniques.

Do you make time for play as an adult? Join us for an hour of goofy exploration and spontaneous silliness to connect and release your inner ninny.

What you need for this session.
You're welcome to arrive however you are!

We have everything you'll need to participate. Exercise clothing isn't necessary, though you are welcome to change into more comfortable clothing.
